DNS Transfer issues

  http://www.nhoer.org has been hosted on yahoo site solutions but now I want to transfer it to this wordpress site. Got a message that DNS needs updating. Please tell me how to do this.

  In the domain management page, on the left side I only have the tabs for email and edit dns tabs on the left hand side. How can I update name servers at the registrar?

  I hope this is the correct place. I now have our website with WP. But when i completed the process, a screen flashed for a second, an address that i am supposed to register with my old domain host yahoo.
  I cant even find the registry it mentions on yahoo and have a request with them for help. i cant cancel my yahoo subscription until this is resolved. i have to make sure this new site will be the one folks will be directed to when they search http://www.NHOER.org. A phone # from you guys would be helpful too. i also saw i might have been double billed for the transfer. i had yet to receive any email confirmation from wp. my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) or my other (email visible only to moderators and staff).
