DNS Transfert ataraxi.fr

  Hi,

  Yesterday, I transfered the dns (ns1/2/3.wordpress.com) on my provider. Now, when i connect on ataraxi.fr, I’ve this message :

  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

  Could you help me ?

  You don’t have a domain mapping subscription for this domain ataraxi.fr.

  You’ll need to add the domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  when i would like on michel-thomas.fr, i have a message: michel-thomas.wordpress.com doesn’t exist while my adress it’s : michelthomaspeintures.wordpress.com ????

  Yes, you’re forwarding the domain to a WordPress.com blog that doesn’t exist.

  You’ll need to stop the forwarding and purchase a Domain Mapping subscription through Store -> Domains in the Dashboard of the WordPress.com blog that you want it to work with.

  Hi,

  I don’t understand, when I login on michelthomaspeinture.wordpress.com, on the section Domain : my site michel-thomas.fr disappeared. And, I must repay to remake a redirection of the domain name.
  Will I be pay back or reimbursed ? For I am forced to repay a second redirection?

  I confess I am a little lost, because I really want to update the site michel-thomas.fr

  That’s problem with having two separate forum threads here.

  You’ll note in the other thread that you purchased Site Redirect for michel-thomas.fr, not Domain Mapping. Site Redirect is the opposite of Domain Mapping, so I cancelled and refunded that. Now, you need to purchase Domain Mapping.

  As for ataraxi.fr, you had the same problem, you purchased Site Redirect instead of Domain Mapping. I have cancelled and refunded this, so you now need to purchase Domain Mapping.
