DNS TRANSFERT michel-thomas.fr

    Hi,

    Yesterday, I transfered the dns (ns1/2/3.wordpress.com) on my provider. Now, when i connect on michel-thomas.fr, I’ve this message :

    michel-thomas.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
    The address michel-thomas.wordpress.com is reserved and cannot be registered, but you can sign up and choose another one.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You don’t have a domain mapping subscription for this domain michel-thomas.fr.

    You’ll need to add the domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

    it was already done, and I have an error message:

    michel-thomas.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

    Hors my wordpress is: michelthomaspeinture.wordpress.com

    And my adresse : michel-thomas.fr

    Yes, you’re forwarding the domain to a WordPress.com blog that doesn’t exist.

    You’ll need to stop the forwarding and purchase a Domain Mapping subscription through Store -> Domains in the Dashboard of the WordPress.com blog that you want it to work with.

    Hi,

    The DNS .fr isn’t working.
    For 2 blog wordpress.
    I know by heart all steps, because i have alredy done it for another blog massageathome.fr

    That is working well.

    the problem come from your plateform.

    I have exactly followed the same steps.

    May you check again and explain to me how solve that.

    I’ve paid for it.

    For the moment, i have no other choice that keep working with wordpress.com

    That create confusion on my client.

    You purchased a Site Redirect upgrade, not a Domain Mapping upgrade.

    Site Redirect sends visitors from your blog to a website elsewhere, basically the opposite of Domain Mapping.

    I have canceled and refunded your Site Redirect upgrade, so you should now be able to purchase a Domain Mapping upgrade.
