DNS Troubleshooting

    Hey gang,

While I was tooling around with my site whatthehellshouldiwatchonnetflix.com today, I got to a point where I changed my DNS name servers to a new host. I quickly realized that was a poor decision. Shortly after, I changed it back to the WordPress name servers, and while I know it takes some time before things go back to the way they originally were, the domain seems to keep redirecting folks to the WordPress host on certain occasions and the new host on others. Just wanted to check and see if this is normal behavior and if there’s something else I should be doing to fix it? Thanks a mil.

    Aiden,

I checked your settings and visited your site. All is set up properly now with http://whatthehellshouldiwatchonnetflix.com/ to map to your WordPress.com site.

It will just be a matter of time before all works well. If people are getting stuck “in the loop,” it could be because their browsers have the other dns settings saved in their caches. You can have your visitors clear their browser’s cache using the guide below:

    Solve Common Browser Issues

I hope this helps! Take care.
