DNS Whois information

  I recently purchased a dns through WordPress to use as the base url for my WordPress Blog. I really would prefer to not have my Whois info floating out there (and get spammed to death among other things). I looked all over the “Manage Domain” section and can not find any privacy guard option. Is there a way to keep the contact info private on WordPress’s DNS or do I need to transfer to another DNS host to accomplish this?

  Yes, you will have to transfer your domain to another registrar for privacy. Keep in mind that a domain must have been registered for more than 60 days before you are allowed to transfer registrars.
