DNS Zone File
-
Hi,
I would like to make my domain point to another host. According to my host, I am supposed to edit the DNS Zone FIle with a specific text but I get the following message “The zone file is unavailable because the domain’s set nameservers do not belong to this registrar.” in the Domain Manager. Could you help?Thank you very much!

The hosting provider (Gandi), gives me the following instructions :
Address (vhost) – Your domain name is not at Gandi or you are not logged in under a Gandi handle with sufficient rights to it. You must first log in and add a TXT type entry in the zone file of your domain name julessabbotte.com with the following value:
@ IN TXT @=768f4ccb9953e8f813cb314bc5a8d2c4
Alternatively, you can use validation by file, by adding a text file at this address: http://julessabbotte.com/768f4ccb9953e8f813cb314bc5a8d2c4.txt that only has the following content: 768f4ccb9953e8f813cb314bc5a8d2c4.
DNS modification – You don’t have sufficient rights to modify the DNS zone file for the ‘julessabbotte.com’ virtualhost.Thank you!

If do the DNS changes as explained on this page :
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/When I try to add the domain in my host settings, I get the following error message : “DNS modification – You don’t have sufficient rights to modify the DNS zone file for the ‘julessabbotte.com’ virtualhost.”.
There seem to be a problem of identity of the registrar, I would really appreciate any advice.
Thank you,
