DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Hi, i started receiving this error message yesterday. Ive read some forums on WordPress and they say to speak to Domain/Server and ive done this but no help.
when i type in toptechtobuy.com, i get a pop up asking me to login but any username/password that i would use for this doesnt work. If i type this address in it automatically changes it to http://toptechtobuy.com/wp-admin/install.php and pops up with login info
i no longer get the error message ‘DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN’ but now getting the above

Sorry to hear that you’re running into all these issues.
Getting the redirect to the wp-admin/install.php could mean a lot of things, missing core files such as wp-config.php, bad database connection details, missing tables from the database, most of the time it’s related to the WordPress installation itself.
At the moment you’re posting at the forums where we can help with only sites hosted on WordPress.com. It appears your domain is pointing to a different host. I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider support team for additional information on the errors.
