Hi, the website subscriptions along with the domain name were renewed on time. The settings show that the domain name is registered, I checked the connection settings and everything looks in the right places but it doesn’t connect. And when trying to reach the website it shows the error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. not sure what to do even. Please help. Thanks

Hey @nzcalligraphers! 😊 Thanks so much for reaching out!
I had a look at the domain from my end, and it seems like there are just a couple more steps left to fully finish the setup. When you’re logged in to your site, head to Upgrades → Domains, then click on “Go to Setup” next to your domain to complete the process.
Also, since you’re on the Premium plan, you’re welcome to contact us directly for real-time help right here: https://wordpress.com/support/contact/
Let me know how it goes – I’m happy to help you further if you get stuck at any point! 😊

Hi, thank you for your quick response! The challenge is that I don’t understand what to do next. After I click on “Go to Setup’ then click on ‘View connection setup instructions’ and click ‘Verify Connection’ and then it advises that ‘We are verifying your connection now’. The website is still down. Sorry, the process is not straight forward, and I didn’t have a chance to work with WordPress a lot.
Thanks for directing me to the support page, it’s not so straight forward, so I submitted the support requedt. Thanks -
On the ‘Update name servers’ it says ‘Find the name servers on your domain’s settings page’. I can’t find where the WP domain’s settings page is. Thanks

I tried checking the General Settings but couldn’t find the where to replace name servers

The nameservers for a domain must be updated in the same place where you registered the domain. I can see that newzealandcalligraphers.org.nz is registered with a different company (not us). Based on the domain’s WHOIS results, I see that you may have registered it with Crazy Domains. Is that correct? If so, you can follow our guide here to update the nameservers on Crazy Domains:
