DNS/MX Record Switch

I’ve recently switched my domain to point to my WordPress blog. Unfortunately, this disabled my mail. I’ve reviewed the help on WordPress and it tells me to get the necessary information from my email provider and enter a custom DNS record. My email provider (and former website host) tells me I need to the MX record from WordPress and update it in their system. I’ve tried entering the MX record that the email provider claims is correct, but it’s not in the right format for WordPress, so I’m doubtful it’s right. I feel like I’m stuck in a Laurel and Hardy skit. Can anyone tell me what I can do to have my domain name point to the WordPress site but my email come from that other provider?

    Thanks so much!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

UPDATE: Ok I have the records I need from my domain to give to wordpress or add them myself. I just dont know how to do that. Can anyone help me get this information into my wordpress account so we can get our mail that’s been down for now 3 days?
The format webs.com gave me dosent seem to be the same format wordpress ask for. It’s like I have the information I just need to format it in wordpress language.
    Thanks!
