Do All Hosts Support Plug-Ins?

  Let’s say I want Plug-ins. I want to use DreamHost, it’s $3.95/month. is that all I need to pay for plugin support, domain? Like if I want a forum within my wordpress site, etc.

  You have to ask them. No, not all hosts support plug-ins. But we are not the people to ask: they are.
