Do blog subscribers receive email updates showing IP and email addresses?

When blog subscribers receive email updates showing that a new comment has been posted to a blog, are they able to see IP and email addresses in the same way that the administrator is able to see that information when they receive email updates?
Do you think I ought to be concerned that the posters believe that they are posting anonymously but that this is not the case? Will they feel betrayed if they get a direct response from a subscriber?

The only people who can see the email and IP addresses are admins/editors of the blog/authors of the post. Email notifications for WordPress.com blogs are sent from a donotreply email address and do not contain any contact information of other commenters.
