Do Content Curation programs work with free WordPress.com blogs?

  I want to use a software called Instant Content Curator Pro to help my free wordpress blog, http://ebooksuccess4free.wordpress.com/, use curated content.

  The instruction video mentions enabling XML-RPC in the Writing Settings for Remote Publishing, which seems like it might just be a WordPress.org feature. Does anyone know if this software is compatible with WordPress.com before I purchase it?

  I’m not staff, but I’m almost certain that would be banned here. It appears to supply content pre-loaded with paid or affilliate links.
