Do Drafts Expire?

    I have just visited my wordpress blog for the first time in ages. I had never published anything, but had several drafts. They are nowhere to be found. Any insights appreciated!

    Hi there,

    Drafts never expire, no. If they were created on the site and saved, they’ll remain in the drafts folder indefinitely unless deleted by an admin or editor user on the site.

    And it looks like that’s what happened here – based on our logs for your site, your account deleted 13 draft posts on 19 March 2020. Deleted posts are kept in the Trash for 30 days before they’re removed permanently, so I’m afraid at this point there’s no way any more to restore those deleted drafts.
