Do embedded YouTube videos take up much space?

  When I embed a YouTube video is the size of the video i.e. 5gb included as part of my blog’s 10gb limit?
  So that if my blog has 5gb of text and photos I can only embed one 5gb YouTube video and then my 10gb limit is reached? Or is the embedding just a visual LINK to YouTube that does NOT take up much of my 10gb space limit?

  Takes up None of your 10gb space – text and code are not counted – only stuff you put in your media library
