Do google searches count as a visitor/stat if you don't click on the page itself

Random question, but does wordpress (or any other tracking plugins like stat counter) track if you google search a specific wordpress site but you don’t actually click on the site itself? is that even possible?

bumping at 20 minutes is very vwey rude – many forums take 12 to 24 hours for an answer – also bumping makes it look like you are getting help

If someone does a search (Google or otherwise) unless they visit your site you will not have a page view – if they look at your site using a cached version of your page – there will not be a page view
A m person needs to display a page from your blog on their browser for a page view to occur
since google and some other search engines cache your images – people can view you images full size and you don’t get a page view – this is a sore point with many people
