Hi, loving word press very much and really happy with my new site. I had the free version and decided to buy my own domain. I’ve now upgraded to premium, which includes a free domain.
Do I get a refund for the domain I purchased when I was on the free version?

Hi @jonathanmcfc, actually you got a discount on your first year of Premium because you’d already bought a domain. The discount was more than the cost of the domain, and we added another year to its registration as well. I hope that helps!

Hi, my premium upgrade renews on 12/18. Can I cancel on 12/18 for a full refund? Also, does the business upgrade allow any other coding besides html?

If you want to use code beyond CSS and what’s listed here, you’ll probably want to install your own copy of WordPress at another host. If you decide to do that, please do not cancel your domain. We’ll help you point it to the new provider.

OK, be sure you don’t cancel the domain then — if you did, you wouldn’t be able to get it back until after it expires this time next year, if at all.
The domain registration is $26/year, which you’ve already paid as a part of your $99 Premium package. It’s good til late 2016, even if you use the domain at another host.
