  Do i get an FTP access when im upgrading to PRO? (for 99$)
  i need to adujst my plugins so i have to edit the files in ftp

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  AFAIK the answer is NO. With upgrades you still have to comply with the WP rules such no ADS etc.

  You will have to self-host a wordpress.ORG installation on a third-party hosting service such as bluehost, dreamhost, etc. in order to use plugins. Figure $10 to $25 per month, all costs considered.
