Do I have a link to malware on my blog?

On my stats page, in the “Click” section for today (September 7, 2014 ) is a link that does not seem valid. It is: ext2.engageya.com/gas-api/click.json?spid=0&swebid=287…
I did a search on the first part of this link address and there seems to be some negative findings. What should be done? Supposedly this link is on my blog site somewhere and it doesn’t seem like it is an ad, but I don’t want to click on it, in case it is malware of some sort. Can this be checked into?

Have you hotlinked to any images on external sites that you did not have permission to hotlink to? if so, then delete – delete – delete.

I don’t think I have ever “hotlinked” to any images, although I have used a few images from the web that seem to be available and safe.
I’ll check out the links you shared.

I checked the links you shared and am glad it looks like I’m okay. Maybe that strange link (ext2.engageya.com……) is an ad.

Olá, eu tenho um blog gratuito e agora ninguem consegue acessá-lo pois ele diz que tem malware em astrologosastrologia.com.pt que esta no meu blog e eu não sei onde esta e nem como tirar.
Falam para que eu instale pluggins mas o meu blog nao me da esta opção, nao me deixa mudar a senha e não tem opção fazer backup o que fazer.? -
