Do I have a paid WordPress Plan? I don’t even know.

    Hi,

I have my first WordPress (hosted?) website – cocktailumbrellas.com – that a third party set up, and am unsure if it’s a paid plan or not. I’m unable to ask the 3rd party, so how do I contact a WordPress rep to find out?

    Hi there,

Site https://cocktailumbrellas.com/ is having name servers

    ns37.domaincontrol.com
    ns38.domaincontrol.com

Which are used by Godaddy for its hosting.

Site cocktailumbrellas.com is running on worpdress.org installation hosted on godaddy.

This support forum is designed to help sites hosted by WordPress.com
For more information, you can check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org.

If you are in need of support for your self-hosted website you may be able to find an support from the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider which in your case is godaddy.

    Hope this helps!
    Thanks.

    HI Neelgajjar,

    Thank you for your response.

Why I posted that first question was to ultimately find out what I need to do to be able to contact one of their reps through WordPress Online Chat. So now that I understand the site ISN’T hosted through WP, but through GoDaddy, can I still sign up for a WP “plan” so I can contact them to ask them some questions.

    Thank you,
    Brian

    Hello,

You post your questions over here,
If needed I will tag wordpress staff on this post. They will reply you directly over here.

an I still sign up for a WP “plan”

Yes you can sign up for wordpress.com but to use this domain cocktailumbrellas.com with wordpress.com you will need to access this domain via godaddy as it was bought via godaddy

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks

    Hello again,

If you feel it’s better, then yes, please “tag wordpress” so they can reply to me directly.

Sorry…you completely lost me with your response. When you say “… to use this domain cocktailumbrellas.com with wordpress.com you will need to access this domain via godaddy as it was bought via godaddy.”, the site, though was created in WordPress. It’s a WordPress website.

    Thanks again,
    Brian
