Do I have premium or not?

  I am so angry with your user interface I don’t even know where to begin. First, I purchased the premium/custom design upgrade $99 package with the 14 trial offer. Yet, my new blog still shows ”Go premium” button associated with it. I don’t know if I have premium working or not. The customize colour tool are not taking effect on the blog. They let me go through the routine of picking colours and saving them but they are not activating. Why is this? Do I have the premium upgrade or not? How do I find out? The process of customizing this blog is making me crazy! Please help me. What am I actually getting with this 99 dollars? I am very frustrated. =(

  In order to look at any upgrades you may/may not have signed up for, please visit Store → My Upgrades in your Dashboard.

  Thanks. But I did that in error. I cancelled the upgrade to tastingthewaves minutes after I signed up for it when I realized my error. I wanted the upgrade for my new blog, uturnfifty which is what I paid for (or at least what I intended pay for). How can I fix this?

  Also, doesn’t the $99 upgrade include support? Is this what is deemed support? Waiting 2 days for a response to a query? Is there not some way to get faster support?

  I just checked dashboard and my upgrade is for my new blog, “uturnfifty.wordpress”. I’m not getting any of the features. For example, I can’t change the colours of my heading font. Why is this? What am I doing wrong?

  Hi there, You’re all set now. I’m confirming that your Premium upgrade is applied to uturnfifty.wordpress.com/.

  Your Premium package is turned on and working properly. If you want to make adjustments to your header font color, you can go to Appearance → Header. Scroll toward the bottom of the Header page, and you’ll see the option to change the color. Make sure you save your changes.
