Do I have Premium or not?

  OK, I feel like an idiot here, but I purchased premium way back in September 2013 and my blog is still telling me to “Go premium” every time I log in. It’s very frustrating. Do I need to do something to activate what I’ve already purchased? What do I need to do to access premium features for spirit bob.com? Why is the “go premium button” still showing? Thanks!

  Hi there! I took a look at your account, and made a couple adjustments. Could you log on and let me know if you’re able to access your Premium features without the prompt to “Go Premium”?

  I’m also sending an email to your administrative address. Please keep an eye out.

  Thanks! Yep, I’m now able to access custom fonts and other premium features. Problem solved, I think! Thank you so much! -Bob
