Do I have to Approve all Posts?

  I really, really don’t want to moderate my posts. My readers often use my blog as a message board to each other about the day’s show I may post on. I’m not around to approve all messages for them. Can I turn that feature off?

  Go to dashboard – settings – discussion – uncheck the ‘author must appove comments’
  [sort of]

  I meant an administrator must always approve the comment
