Do I have to pay $99 for each blog to get the same premium options as my first?

  I paid for the premium blog package for my first blog. I thought that after that the other blogs I created would have the same option. Do I have to pay the $99 for each new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please note that the WordPress.com Premium upgrade is per blog not per account.

  If you would like to add it to your second blog, you would have to purchase another Premium upgrade from the Store of that blog’s Dashboard.
