Do I have to pay for a plan to get help?

I have paid for my website and the hosting, but I do not have a “plan” and customer service is not answering my emails.
I am freaking out as something went wrong with my site and I lost one of my galleries, which is my portfolio for clients.

I have been a member for 8 years and recommended you a to a lot of people. This is my first problem and I am getting zero help. I’ve posted here and messaged through the support page. I have had no one get back to me and it has been over 48 hours.
I am very disappointed.
