Do I have to pay now?

  A few months ago, Ive accidentally selected the premium plan when I
  created my other account, even though I wanted to choose the free plan.
  After the account creation, I have not entered my payment information in
  the checkout section. Do I still have to pay for the premium plan, even
  though I have not entered my payment information or passed through the
  checkout section? If I dont add my payment information, will my account
  automatically fall under the free plan?

  Yes, you will be on the free plan unless you pay for it.

  The current plan is showcased on left sidebar once you login to WordPress.com and go to My Site
