Do I have to register as a Premium account to add Themes?

    I Bought a theme from ThemeForest and I want to add it to my WordPress and I use it.

    I cant seem to find the add Theme button in the Appearence>Theme.
    Do I have to be in a premium account or do I need to download it?

    What to do?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The answer is no. You cannot install any custom theme or any third party theme into any wordpress.COM hosted blog and there is no upgrade that changes that. The “add new theme” option does not exist on any WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You are confusing WordPress.ORG software with WordPress.COM hosted blogs.

    There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

    The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

    There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
    upload any third party themes,
    create child themes,
    create our own themes,
    edit templates,
    create own own layouts,
    or use stylesheets from other themes.

    There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

    If you want to use that theme you will have to get web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up your own WordPress.ORG install.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
