Do I have to set up a new wordpress account for every new customer

  Hi there

  As a relatively website designer I see the current trend of alot of design companies moving to use WordPress as a CMS tool! I would like to know for each customer that ask me to design a site for within WordPress would I

  A) Need to set up a new WordPress account for each of the customers
  B) Have to pay ($30) each time to use the Custom appearance option instead of using the standard options in the themes

  Any help and assistance is a appreciated, I can see that on a customers point of view that WordPress is very simple for the customers to maintain but I dont fancy a charge of $30 per yr to pay out on each build!
