Do I have to upgrade my plan for my images to be resized to fit different views?

  Hi there,

  I am looking to find out if I have to update my plan to be able to adjust my images for tablet and mobile view? Currently the images are extending out of the website because, I assume, because of the size of the ‘featured image’ block. I have searched up how to scale images and every video and article I have seen gives me images and options of things that my wordpress seemingly cannot do. For example, when I go to ‘edit image’ the only options I have are: rotate, crop, and flip – there is nothing about scaling the image myself? I was also under the impression that the theme I am using, Spiel, was ‘responsive’ and thus the images would be automatically resized to fit the other views? I may be incorrect and would be willing to concede if this is the case but would love some guidance!
