do I have to use bluehost or another platform to use wordpresss.com?

  I wanted a free blog ste and WP.com was reccomended. I then found that it wasn’t free because I had to have a bluehost account which is NOT free. I don’t mind paying a little but but I can’t afford Bluehost even on the lowest level. Now I want a direct answer not to ask in the forums but it doesn’t seem that this is possible as i keep being directed to the forum.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll find the different wordpress.com plans on https://wordpress.com/pricing/. You’ll see the first plan is the free plan.

  myjigsawmind.wordpress.com is hosted by WordPress.com so you don’t need to purchase separate hosting from Bluehost.

  Your site is currently using the Free plan. Upgrading is optional and only something you would need to do in order to access additional features like a custom domain or more storage space :)

  Thanks for getting back to me. The site is now using the free plan because I have closed my bluehost account. When I started out I couldn’t work how to get the free site without bluehost. I think therefore I have resolved my issue. I just need to read the terms and conditions now so I don’t mess up again.
