Do I need 2 WordPress.com accounts?

    I am the administer for a school website. We used WordPress as the CMS and we have a registered URL for the site. In a few weeks, we are going to create second school website using WordPress.com.

    Do I need to purchase another WordPress.com account or can I use the same one?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Accounts are not purchased at WP.com: upgrades are purchased, and all upgrades are per blog. There is no reason I can see for you to need a new account; from the Manage My Blogs page of your account, you can just click New Blog and create the new one. If you want upgrades on that blog, you will have to buy them from the dashboard of that blog.
