Do I need a custom site to download a template?

  I am interested in downloading a template from themeforest.net and was wondering if I need to upgrade to a custom account to do this?

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
