Do I need a premium account to use my own theme?

  I have bought a theme from ThemeForest and would like to use it on WordPress. Do I need a premium account to do this or can I do it on a basic site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please note that themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com – Premium or not. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
