Do I need CSS to add theme junkie theme

  I’m completely lost on how to install this

  You cannot upload any third party theme so be clear on that because no upgrade exists that changes that reality here at wordpress.COM.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   So how do I use the theme junkie theme?

  Do I have to use the download version of wordpress? And if so, can you direct me to something that will walk me through this step-by-step?
