Do I need domain mapping if I have a domain name I pre-purchased?

  Hi. I purchased domain mapping for my site….but unsure if I need it because I have a domain already purchased I want to point at my wordpress site.

  Do I need domain mapping if I already have a domain name ready to use?

  Hi there!

  You do need to map your domain if you have a domain name purchased.
  To do that, you will first go to the Domains page, select your site, and choose the Add Domain option.

  You will then click the Map It button next to “Already own a domain?”. Finally you enter the domain you would like to map click the blue Add button.
