Do I need hosting?

  Hi,
  I have downloaded the Profits Theme zip file to my desktop. I have also just been online and opened an account with WordPress. My question is, how do I get Profits Theme onto WordPress? Di I need to get WordPress hosted for it to work?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
