Do I NEED outside hosting to continue my site as it is?

Hi, I love my wordpress site. My question is, do I need outside hosting (I currently have blue host) to accommodate everything my wordpress site is doing now? According to my billing page I have wordpress premium which includes my own domain http://www.marciwise.com. (I think I may be paying twice for the domain – once through them and once though you). It also says I get up to 10 GB of storage with Premium – and it appears that I’m currently not using very much of that.
It’s time to renew my Blue Host and if I don’t need it, I want to cancel and just stay with WordPress premium. But I want to be sure my site will be okay first. Any input or advice from what I’ve told you?

To clarify, here’s how this is setup:
– Your domain marciwise.com is registered through Bluehost.
– Your site is actually hosted on WordPress.com using the Premium bundle and mapping your domain marciwise.com to your WordPress.com site marciwisedotcom.wordpress.com
The mapping and the registration are two different things; both are required for your site to work properly. The registration provides ownership of the domain (so no one else can register marciwise.com). The Premium bundle and mapping are “hosting” so it covers storage of all of your information.
