Do I need site mapping if I am no longer using my old wordpress blog?

  Yearly I am charged for my old site mapping of a wordpress.com which links to my current .org site. Do I really need this old site mapping? I haven’t used the wordpress.com site in years. Thanks.

  Domain mapping is to use an external domain with WordPress.com hosting. So it sounds like no. What is the site you’re getting help with?

  Hi there,

  If you’re not using the domain with a WordPress.com site you don’t need a mapping upgrade with us, no, unless you still want to direct traffic from your WordPress.com site to the self-hosted site. But if it’s been years that’s likely not making much of a difference.

  However, I don’t see any domain mapping upgrades on the account you’re using to post here. What is the domain involved, please?

  The old site is strategizeyoursuccess.wordpress.com and is currently being re-directed to strategizeyoursuccess.com. Thanks.
