Do I need the wordpress.com subscription?

    Hello,

    I am a bit confused. I have a website (www.nicoleruggiero.com) and it is hosted with SiteGround. I’m a bit confused because I just got billed $99 for WordPress.com Premium. Do I need this for my website (www.nicoleruggiero.com) or did I accidentally sign up for something I don’t need — and if so, can I get a refund? Let me know. I just don’t want to affect my website as it is right now.

    Hey there @nicoleruggiero, yes, we can help with a refund as you’re well within the refund window if you aren’t using our services anymore.

    The only issue is the charge is not on this account. Are you able to log out and log back in with the email address that got a renewal reminder?

    Or you can contact support about the specific charge using the form here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ — basically you would look up the charge, then click Contact Support when you’ve found it, and ask for the refund there. Either way we’ll have proof you paid for it and want it cancelled. Thanks in advance!
