Do I need to buy a second theme for a new website?

I have purchased a Lifestyle theme which i use for my Chiantinotes.com blog. No problems there.
I also own the domain name villainchianti.com and I wish to create a new website for that domain. It is a small hotel, villa rental business.
Can I build the new website using my existing Lifestyle theme or do I need to purchase the theme again?
