Do i need to buy the premium plan before i can edit the theme i bought with the discription?

  Do i need to but a premium plan before i can edit the theme i bought according to the instruction? I tried to follow the direction but many things mention in the setup direction is not available to me

  To be able to edit the theme’s CSS you’ll need the Custom Desing upgrade which is included in our Premium and Business plans. You can read more about it here:
