Do I need to changge my theme to get the nested pages to show drop-down?

  My theme doesn’t allow for viewing under the parent page? I have Pilcrow, and though I have Parent Page listed, the pages below do not show. Is that a hitch of the theme? Is there a way I can code it to change that?

  Your theme supports custom menus, which is all you need to set up the parent/child page drop downs in your menu.
