Do I need to have premium package to add CSS customization code?

  I saw a post answer to add CSS code below. Do I have to have the premium package to add the CSS code? If so, where can I find information of what I get with the premium package? Thanks in advance for your help.

  From the Customizer, click on the CSS tab. Below the introductory text in the resulting editor, copy and paste the following CSS:

  .front-page-content-area .with-featured-image .entry-header {
  display: none;
  }

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello! Yes, in order to add custom CSS, you need the Premium plan. You can find more info and buy the plan here:
