Do I need to pay $99 plus $26 for domain and space upgrade plus video uploads?

  I renewed my domaine name/registration for $26 and now WordPress wants me to upgrade for $99 so I can post videos. I had video posting last year, and thought I was going to get that again this year. Did I just check the wrong box, or do I have to pay $99 ON TOP OF the $26 to get the space upgrade and video upload option? If $99 covers it all, how can I do that given that I’ve already paid $26?   $26 is just for the domain registration, it doesn’t cover any additional features.

  You did pay the $99 for the Value Bundle last year, which gave you a space increase, allowed you to upload videos, and more. This upgrade must be renewed annually, and it is set to expire on October 28.
