Do I need to renew my domain with WordPress.com if I am now self-hosting?

  Hola! I recently transferred my domain sambatothesea.com over to Blue Host and renewed this domain with them when I did the transfer, but I received an email today from WordPress.com notifying me that I need to update my payment information in order to continue with domain mapping. Since I now am self hosting, using WordPress.org, and renewed the domain with Blue Host, should I ignore the email from WordPress.com?

  The domain sambatothesea.com is actually registered with FASTDOMAIN. The Upgrade in question is a Domain Mapping Upgrade, which you no longer need if you are not using your domain with a WordPress.com site.

  Yes, please go ahead and remove this Domain Mapping Upgrade as I am now using WordPress.org and not WordPress.com.
