Do I need to start over if I deleted all the items under menu?

  I am totally new to wordpress and while trying to set up a page, I deleted the menu items listed under the header and now I can’t list any pages. It’s only “Home.” Do I need to delete and start over?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What does it say on your dashboard Pages page? Sounds like you deleted them from the menu and just need to add in the items to the menu again.

  If you want the top menu to display links to all your published pages, in alphabetical order, you don’t add any items to any menu: you go to Appearance > Menus, click Manage Locations, set the pulldown to “Select a menu” (so that no custom menu is selected), click Save Changes.
  If you want anything other than all pages in alphabetical order, you create a menu, add the items you want, and set the menu as your primary menu. For more details on custom menus see this post of mine:
