Do I need to upgrade my wordpress account?

If I want to use my Photocrati theme and my own domain name, hosted through BlueHost, do I have to pay anything for WordPress? Do I need to have a premium account in order to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are really hosted on BlueHost, no upgrade here is relevant – Upgrades here are only for a blog hosted ON WordPress.COM.
If you use the JetPack Plugin, then you need a blog and account here for parts of the Plugin to work properly but there is no charge for that

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Sorry forgot the plain English part – Bottom line – save your money and don’t by an upgrade that will do anything for your BlueHost site
