Do I need to upgrade twenty twelve theme in order to be able to install plugins?

  I want to install pinterest widgets. The first instruction is “In your Admin, go to menu Plugins > Add.” but I can’t find Plugins in the menu bar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are two ways to add Pinterest functionality on your WordPress.com site.

  1. You can embed Pinterest content into your blog or in your sidebar by utilizing a Text widget. Those instructions can be found here:
