do i need wordpress premium to use a custom theme?

  wondering if I need to cancel my wordpress premium upgrade that I just purchased a few hours ago.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
