Do invited friends have to first open a blog account to then be able to view my site???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! Yes, if you have set your blog to private, the people you invite to it will have to make a WordPress.com account before viewing its content –
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/#viewing-a-private-blog
If you don’t want to make all your users do that, one alternative is to password protect the posts you want to keep private –

Hope this information helped. Please post back here if we can help you further. Good luck!

Hi, lastnode, yes you did helped me… and thank you for the hint too. but i have one more cuestion… if i make a user -as a viewer- and then i pass this user along with the password, would it work?? thank you once more

No. If they are a Viewer of a private blog they can see everything when they log in. They don’t need another password unless you make teh blog private and then also make all the posts password-protected. if you do that, which is silly and paranoid, then they would need the password.

Hello again! As raincoaster points out above, you usually would not need to do both. :)
Either you can –
a) set your blog as private and invite people to itb) set your blog as public, password protect the posts you want to remain private, and pass that password on to your readers
Doing both may be a little too much (and confusing for your readers too)! :)
