Do My Guests Need Their Own WordPress Logins to View My Site?

  I have a private WordPress site and want to give my guests a password to view the site. But when my guests visit the site address (marissaadamforever.wordpress.com) they are asked to login with their WordPress username and password.

  Does everyone need a wordpress login to view my site? Please help.
